crashed computer

Hey all,
I'm a Make MKV user for a few month now and i find it more than usefull
!! I bought it about 9 month ago. BUT my computer crashed and i lost everything 
. How can i get my license back? I suppose that they can retrace it with my email address. What can i do, who can i write too??
