3D coming out as 2D

Trying to convert Monster vs Alien 3D but fininshed file comes out as 2D.
Grateful for any help.

Have you ticked the MVC box?

I'm trying to play it back on the mede8er MED1000X3D.I tried again
and i relized i made a mistake and on the MED1000X3D i should have
pressed the menu during playback which gives you the 3D options,also
on the MED1000X3D forum there was a tutorial which suggested changing
the file name to 3DTAB.mkv which will make it open up in 3D which i did
and indeed it does open up in 3D without going into the menu.
