Can I get an exact 1:1 bluray copy ripping a bluray that I bought using this program?

Yes, it will copy the disc, with either the DRM, or no DRM, as you choose.

Digital Rights Management. Or, it's the reason why you just can't copy the contents of the disc to your drive.

Question.... By "exact copy", are you meaning burn a new BD that is an exact copy of the original?
If so, that is not what MakeMKV is for, and no, it won't do it.
But, if you mean the complete structure of the BD, copied to your hard drive in a form that preserves the resolution of both the audio and video, that's what the "Backup" function is for, and it will create the BD file structure on your hard drive, with optional decryption of the video.

Oh ok but if I burn in a BD the complete structure of the BD copied in my hard drive it can be play then in a BD player (PS3)?

Yes, if you have the proper burning software, you can burn the backed up copy of the Blu-ray to a writable Blu-ray disc and it should play in your PS3 or any other Blu-ray player.
