Subtitles with Command Line (makemkvcon)

Hi,
I try makemkvcon command line for the first time, but MakeMKV don't do subtitles into the mkv container. The command line i use in Windows is:
makemkvcon.exe mkv iso:MY_ISO_FILE.iso all C:\video\
MakeMKV create a mkv-file in the directory with all audiostreams but no subtitle. What am I doing wrong?
