Windows 8 Compatability

I downloaded this Beta while originally running Windows Vista and it worked great. I have recently upgraded to Windows 8 and MakeMKV crashes with "Fatal Error Occured, program will exit." I tried to follow the instructions to create a dump file but it does not appear to work the same with Windows 8. Is MakeMKV compatible with Windows 8 or is that why I am having problems? Thanks.

The reported error was occurring for me immediately upon upgrade to Windows 8 (preserved old programs/settings.. reinstalling MakeMKV resolved it.. I may have rebooted after the uninstall and before the reinstall..)
That being said, I have also had the error you mentioned happen to me intermittently in Windows 7; solved with a reboot each time.

Thanks. I also reinstalled and rebooted and got it to work.
