Ripping a section of a movie

Hey. Newbie here.
I'm trying to make a montage video, using several films (22 films - it's James Bond unfortunately!). I really don't wanna have to spend 20 odd hours ripping each Blu-Ray movie (not to mention the fact that I don't have space on my HDD for all those files), when I just want a few seconds from each film.
Is there a way to select a certain chapter, or a timeframe, to rip from the disc instead of just ripping the whole disc?
