How Long do Registration Key Emails Take to Arrive?

I figured / was hoping it would be instantaneous but it's been well over an hour. I have little patience :/ sorry. How long does this kind of thing usually take?

Checked my Spam Folder, no luck. I paid through Paypal so idk if I would need to talk to paypal or Avangate like the previous poster suggested. That being said the funds have been taken out of my account :/
**Update**
Turns out they don't accept Paypal (even though it's an option) and can't use any other payment (my bank won't allow it so it says). Kind of a hassle contacting my bank so I'ma move on.
