Title #18 (0:24:08) was skipped due to navigation error

I'm ripping little einsteins, 3 of 5 discs get me this error, the other 2 are passthrou. What i found are:
1, the 3 not working discs are produced after 2010, while the working 2 discs are made in 2006.
2, each disc has 3(or 4) individual episodes, which around 24min each, and stored in 3 individual files. makemkv can extract all other titles but these 3 main titles, due to the error above.
3, none of these discs have reading problem, no scratch or anything, they are brand new.

any ideas?

need more info?

You will be asked to turn on debugging, and submit the logs and IFO files (see this article for information).

it's DVD disc.

Well, by using HADNBREAK, it could extract over 20 titles all between 22~27min, you know how to identify which 3 titles are main episodes? :?:

By compare video length, I can identify 3(or4) main episodes' file in HANDBREAK, however once extract them out, the final clip is scrambled like this http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2698/404 ... 6223_o.png

any idea?
