1.7.7 and 1.7.8 problems

I've been using MakeMKV on my Mac for a couple years now for DVDs and BDs with few, if any, problems. However, when I updated to 1.7.7, my BD rips no longer completed and frequently my DVD rips would only successfully complete around half of the selected files, causing me to run the program multiple times to rip a DVD with more than a few selected files. I went back to 1.7.6 and everything was fine again until I decided to give 1.7.8 a try today. I tried ripping Avengers BD and I got the same problem I had with 1.7.7 - it made it about halfway through each file I tried to rip, and then failed. So I'm back to 1.7.6, which successfully ripped Avengers. Is this an issue for others, or is something going on specific to my set up?

Please enable and post the debug log of failure on 1.7.8 .

I forgot about this for a while, but figured I would give 1.7.10 a try, but I got the same result. This time with a brand new BD copy of The Godfather. I'm attaching the de-bug log, but for some reason the log indicates version 1.7.6, thought I know I used 1.7.10. Regardless, I will try it again in 1.7.10 and re-attach at that point.

It appears that you are saving files to an external USB drive and write operation fails. There is some general problem with this USB drive - I would honestly blame the USB cable or enclosure.
