Can we get a subtitle info thread?

this may have been brought up or may be a dumb idea but Im gradually shifting my BD rips to mkv and have had quite a headache with subtitles.
(1) some move subtitle tracks are in their own stream and not flagged as forced ie Avatar and Iron Man
(2) not even knowing if a particular movie has subs for foreign language scenes ie Captain America
I was hoping we could get a thread going where we could posy movies, version information and whether the movie has forced/foreign language subs and which streams we need.

2nd English Stream - Not flagged as forced (edit Mkv with MkvMerge header editor to set as forced)
Something to that effect
