The original disc is coded for english use as that is the first audio track on the list
MakeMKV preserves the original information eg english 1 , german 2
to change this you need "MKVMerge Gui" in a pack called MKVToolnix
1. convert the file with all the streams you require with MakeMKV
2. open MKVMerge
3. load the original mkv into the input section
4. then in tracks chapters and tags all the streams will be ticked
( untick any not needed )
5. select the german track ( lanugage info is displayed in general track options )
6. press the up button until it is above the english track
7. start muxing
good hint for speed is to copy from two seperate drives eg C: to D:
