Ripped Blu-ray only got audio no video

Hi everyone
I just ripped the BBC series "wonders of the solar system" in blu ray to my computer using makemkv. I have used makemkv once before and there were no irregularities, but for some reason all of the files ripped from makemkv this time contained no video. Only the audio from the files. Is this a common and easily fixed problem?
