Hi
I have just tried to back up a blu ray i have previously had no trouble ripping last month and now i get the following message
MakeMKV v1.7.2 darwin(x86-release) started
Optical drive "DVD+R-DL HL-DT-ST DVDRW GSA-S10N AP12" opened in OS access mode.
It's highly recommended to install DASPI kernel extension to improve performance.
Optical drive "BD-RE MATSHITA BD-MLT UJ240AS 1.00" opened in OS access mode.
Backing up disc into folder "/Users/txxxx/Movies/backup/RIO"
This disc uses newer version of AACS protection. Please let us know about it by visiting http://www.makemkv.com/a/?BAQEBARnk5hK/8...
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Backup failed
Any idea what the problem may be? I get it on other BRs too, including quite old ones
Thanks
