After reporting the bug about the crash recently I found another severe bug:

When converting a Bluray to Mkv the program converts 7,6 GB of 35 GB and then hangs forever.
It consumes the incredible amount of 550 MB of RAM and has no CPU activity anymore.
(My computer has 3 GB RAM so this is not the problem)

It also does not read anymore from the Bluray disk. (0 kB/s)

After finding 2 very severe bugs I will uninstall this program now that does not work at all.

I cannot beleave that you want people to pay for this crappy proggy!

All programs have bugs, and sometimes the problem is not even in software itself. Please enable "log debug messages" in preferences, and post the log file. Without that it's impossible to tell what's going on.
