request: Option to always extract all audio streams

I always have to expand the titles and recheck the additional audio streams. It would be nice to have the option to always include every stream.

I would like an option to always select the HD audio streams and none of the others (typically only one). It seems crazy that one can't set defaults and have them work the same way every time.

Full customization like that would be even better. Either have it always check everything or add full customization is what I'd like. I don't have surround sound and the collapsed surround always sounds like the balance between music and dialog is way off. So I listen to stereo, but I may have surround some day so I want to rip everything with both.
