MakeMKV wont start

Hello,

1st post and new here but Im having issues with getting MakeMKV to even start.

I downloaded the program today, version 1.18.3 and went the process of installing it. It says its an outdated version and must purchase/register it which I have tried a bunch of times and it keeps sending me into a loop back to the web site. I save the key into note pad as described but nothing seems to work ...... what am I doing wrong or is there a glitch in the system ...

I have screen shots but not sure how to post them here ...

Be careful when coping & pasting the key into MakeMKV. Sometimes copy & paste unhelpfully adds a space at the end of whatever is pasted. MakeMKV does not like that extra space.

Nope sorry still the same ..... I have tried and tried and once I enter the beta key and hit purchase it goes right to the web page telling me to update the app and it just becomes a neve ending loop.

How can I post pictures so I can show everybody what its doing?

Lol why would you click purchase after entering a (beta) key. You are supposed to click register. Purchase (currently down I think) is for you to obtain a permanent key.
