Wall.e Blu-ray to MKV help needed for English Audio, Angle

I've had this posted in another section of the forum (wrong forum) and believe that im now posting in the right section.
I've recently decided to rip my blu-ray collection to mkv files and for the most part, so far so good.
With Disney Pixar blu-ray movies, there seems to be several files that are roughly the same size and I have always chosen the first one, removed the languages and subtitles that I don't want and create the mkv file.
However, with Wall.e choosing the first file did not seem to work for me. The film audio is in English which is what I want but for example the scene at 4:02 ( 4 minutes 2 seconds) has Wall.e riding on a news paper which is in written in French. When I playback the Blu-ray in English, that same scene has the newspaper in English. So I guess when i chose the first file to convert to mkv, it was obviously not the English Angle. I'm having a hard time determining which one is the English Angle.
please see images below:
the first one is a shot of all the files (expanded)
The second is a shot off all the files (not expanded)
Please help me determine how to rip my blu-ray (Movie Only) to MKV with English audio and angle.
