How long for Flashing BU40N on Linux ?

I’ve been flashing my verbatim 34888 with BU40N on linux, followed the steps on the flashing guide. The process has beeb going for an hour now and I’m scared to abort it. Cpu temp has been around 90 degrees for that hour now. Am I cooked? Is this reversible? Any advice would be massively helpful
