MKV License key retreival

Hello. Would anyone happen to know how I can go about retrieving my Makemkv License key? I reformatted my computer and thought I had saved my license back in 2015, but couldn't locate it in my Outlook saved emails
. I have reached out to Admin here multiple times, but haven't received any replies back. For now, I'm just using the trial version, but really would like to get my license back

support@makemkv.com and Mike will help you. You will need the email address that was used for the transaction... For some people, that's difficult.
Also, check to see if you have messages from the payment people... which depended on when you bought it. It could be avangate.com, payproglobal.com, or a third domain that Avangate used for a bit,

Yes I emailed him thru the support email "
support@makemkv.com" on 11-25 and again 12-1. No replies back at all.

Unfortunately, Mike is the only one that can recover keys.

I've sent 2 emails via the "contact us" page and another 2 PM's directly to Mike-Admin, that are still in the outbox.
