I have a Mac with Sequoia 15.6.1
When ever i try & open the latest MKV version it just bounces on the dock?
i've tried adding the code to the Terminal app & manually clicking "open anyway" in security preferences, but it just keeps bouncing on the dock?
My old version 1.18.1 is fine..

I have an M3 MacBook Air with MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1 and after updating to MakeMKV version 1.18.2 and going through the Gatekeeper scare screens it starts and seems to work just fine.

Yeah, mine just bounces on the dock, i go in to system prefs & click allow, it then looks lijke it's going to open, but just bounces on the dock for a short time & then stops?
Not sure i'm missing much as my previous version works fine..
Forgot to add i have a 2019 Intel based Imac.

My Intel Macs are too old to run Sequoia, so I can't check that particular combo.
