MakeMKV skips first 10 minutes of ISO home videos

Hello,
I'd be grateful for any help with the following. I've successfully converted ca. 50 home video ISO file using MakeMKV with no issues. But for some reason there are 3 others, all 1 hour and a few minutes long, of which MKV converts only the last 53 minutes. I get the following log:
"Cells 1-37 were removed from title start
Title #1 was added (200 cell(s), 0:52:52)
Operation successfully completed".
This is the same for all 3 files. I can convert all 3 ISOs in their full length to MP4 or (re-encoded) MKV using Handbrake, but I'd like to keep the originals as MKV files if possible. I see someone posted a similar message a few years ago with the ""Cells 1-37 were removed from title start" issue, but I didn't understand the reply, which didn't look like it solved the issue.
