MakeMKV License Purchased, How To Retrieve Key?

Needed to use MakeMKV 1.18.1 today but am getting an error about it being too old and to register. I had it registered already so was surprised to see this and went to look for my purchased registration key (which I'd rather use than the key provided for beta use) but I can't seem to find the email.
Is there another way to retrieve the purchased registration key?
