Hi i'm new to the forum but have been using makemkv for about a year. I purchased a registration key back in 2024 but must of deleted the email, could anybody tell me how i go about retrieving it.

PayPro Global would've been the payment processor that took your money and sent you your key. Their customer support might be able to help you.
Otherwise, you can send an email to support@makemkv.com. That probably won't get you a response very fast however. I'd try PayPro Global's support first.
