Need Help with arrow the good the bad and the ugly

Im trying to do Arrow The Good, The Bad and The Ugly and i have updated the Keydb files and still running into " The volume key is unknown for this disc" unless i downloaded the wrong keydb file or installed it wrong. if anyone can guide me in the right direction that would be helpful.

Can you copy and paste your MakeMKV log into a post here on the forum? Are you getting a "HK download failed or is disabled" message?

I followed the instruction for a mac and nothing really is updating i don't know since Mike hasn't comeback to the site or i'm installing the keydb files wrong

Both the Theatrical and Extended Cut discs are ripping for me (on a Windows PC). Are you using the latest keydb.cfg version (2025-08-10 18:27:40) and have you restarted MakeMKV after copying the file? This post says ~/Library/MakeMKV might be the location for a Mac?
