Trying to purchase but getting "The action is temporarily unavailable"

I'm trying to purchase a key but the PayPro Global page says "The action is temporarily unavailable".
Anyone else get this error?

Yeah, same here. I wanted to purchase a key, and it won't let me. What's up there?

PayPro Global, the payment processor, have said that they have temporarily suspended the option to pay for MakeMKV because of the high volume of reports that they have received about unfulfilled orders.
It is highly unusual, from what I’ve seen in posts by more experienced users, for the orders to go unfulfilled. Nobody is sure what is currently going on with the developer, as his regular customers have said that no one has been able to ascertain his current circumstances.
