Purchase process for perminant MakeMKV key?

Hi All:

Really like the program and purchased a key yesterday, but I'm unclear on how I get the registration key.

My receipt said send an email to support@makemkv.com, which I did, but I haven't received a response.

Also, the purchase webpage now seems to be gone - instead it says "The action is temporarily unavailable".

Anyone know what's going on?

I also purchased MakeMKV via the linked PayPro Global Store on Aug, 1st and wrote a message to support@makemkv.com to receive the license key but until today I don't got any response and a valid key.

As wombat13 wrote the link on the purchase site of makemkv is not working anymore.

PayPro has removed the store page due to the number of complaints from users not receiving a key. Once keys are sent out it should be fixed, but PayPro has said they'll issue refunds if it isn't resolved soon.

I'm hoping it's fixed soon. I'd rather have the key than my money back.

Bought a key on Aug 2nd, and similar to wombat13, shot over an email to support@makemkv.com and no response. I too would rather have a key than the money back, since I've gotten so much mileage from the free keys already, but it's concerning that there hasn't even been an acknowledgement that something is being worked on.

Wondering if something else is going on, since as of writing this the Beta key (viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1053) hasn't updated either. But then again, I'm new to the forum, so maybe this kind of update delay is normal.

Had the same issue. Reached out to PayPal. They sent an email to support on Saturday, August 2. No response has been received in over 48 hours. They are issuing a refund for me. Which is too bad. I really wanted to have the permanent key.
