How long after buying a license until I get my permanent key?

I purchased a license for MakeMKV today and was expecting the license key to be sent to my e-mail shortly after.
All I got was a confirmation of the order and the payment, and an instruction to send an e-mail to
support@makemkv.com to get the license key.
That has been several hours ago and still no license key.

How long ago did you purchase a license?
In other words, how long have you've been waiting for a response or mail from MakeMKV with a license key.
Because the beta key has expired at the beginning of this month, there's no way to use MakeMKV without a perpetual license key...

Same here. Bought yesterday afternoon and emailed support and still waiting. Hopefully it isn’t too much longer.

Same situation here. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow I might be asking for a refund. I ordered mine yesterday and immediately sent an email. I might try the PayPro support option first though.

Well . . . I wish I had read this thread sooner as I'm in the same boat. Purchased a permanent license key today (Aug 2). Sent the email requesting the key. And now sitting idle. . . . . I suspect it will get issued eventually (like after the weekend) but I wish I would have known about the delayed response time.
That said, I have used MakeMKV extensively over the years and generally love the product. So even if I never get the key, giving something tangible ($) to the developer still seems like the right thing to do. YMMV.

I've purchased MakeMKV a few years ago. Back then and as recently as a few days ago the process, as I understood it, was after PayPro Global took payment, they would send two emails. One being the receipt and the other being the key. That they're now sending emails saying the buyer has to contact MakeMKV Support to get their key suggests to me that something is wrong and Mike (MakeMKV's author) will have to sort it out.
It is unfortunate that this has happened on a weekend and when the beta key has expired.
Hopefully this will get sorted out soon. When it does get sorted out, I would fully expect everyone to get the key they payed for.

To whom would you direct such a request.
I'm seriously thinking about trying to get a refund too until everything is sorted out.
When it's all sorted out I can always purchase a license again.

Contact PayPro, the payment provider. Their email should be in one of the emails you got when you ordered.

No, nobody knows. Mike, the developer, has been uncontactable since about Friday. Even the mods on this board and on the subreddit don’t know what’s going on.

Generally speaking, when you receive your acknowledgment of order from the order page (via PayPro Global), it SHOULD include a registration key. Apparently, from the discussion, that has not happened this month. That operation is, as I understand it, independent of whether Mike is available or not.
If anyone is getting the emails from PayPro Global, but not getting a key as part of that message, that's really broken.

The e-mail I got from PayPro after I'd ordered MakeMKV and payed through them stated "Licensed to: " followed by my name.
But the e-mail did not include or mention a license key.
I guess PayPro has a list of keys that they got from MakeMKV and after each purchase of a license they issue a unique key from that list and send it to the customer as part of the order confirmation.
Either PayPro has run out of unique keys and needs to get new keys from MakeMKV or their automated system that issues a unique key is broken.
Wahtever the reason, newly registered users are now without a license key and cannot use the program.
And since the beta key has also expired they cannot use the beta key until this issue has been resolved.
