Registration key issue

I don't know if anyone can help, but i installed the app a few days ago, used it a couple of times and now today it says i have to register or install the latest version.
I installed the latest version when i installed it in the first place.
This is not a 30 day trial.

The purchase page appears to be broken - PayProGlobal says "this action is temporarily unavailable". Is there a workaround?
