Hello,
I have a 27" monitor with 5120x2880 pixels, and I have to set Windows Scale to 200% to work on it.

This work with almost all applications ... excepted MakeMKV: The text is so small that it is unreadable, and I have to change the resolution to use this application.

Very annoying.

Right click the Makemkv icon. Choose "Properties" "Compatibility" "Change high DPI settings".
