I previously have purchased the license key for the software. I had to do clean install of my windows and lost the original key i purchased is there a way to retrieve it somehow?

You can look up your key from the payment processor's website. If you purchased it in late 2021 or after, that would be PayPro Global. The quickest way is to use their customer portal site or contact them, starting from here: https://payproglobal.com/customer-support/

If you log in to the customer portal site (using the email that you purchased with), click on "Products Details" on the left sidebar, and press "Download License" to open your key.

@segfaulted any idea who the payment processor was prior to that? I also just did a clean install and can't find any record of my key in my email anywhere but I believe I purchased in late 2019.

I purchased a license in 2019. 2Checkout (www.2co.com) was the processor then.

The charge on your bank statement will appear as 2CO.com*makemkv.com. Avangate BV dba 2Checkout acts as authorized reseller of GuinpinSoft inc online products and services.

I bought my license in 2014. The processor was Avangate.
