Using the latest version for the program. I try ripping a video and sometimes it takes 30-45 minutes; some times it only takes 4-5 minutes. Seem like the program sorta has a mind of it's own.

Anyone else experienced this and if so how to force the 3-4 minute rip every time it's run??

If you want to remove the "oh, this disk is different from that other one" factor, rip the same disk multiple times.

Each disk has differences that affect its ripability.
