How to do concurrent operations at same time?

Hi,
So basically I was wondering if its possible to run multiple instances (like 2-3) of Makemkv and access more than one drive at a time without interfering with another instance or drive? The problem is if you load another instance of Makemkv it will interfere with to process going on the first drive. Is there a setting or some use recommendation anyone could advise?

In MakeMKV's preferences there's a checkbox for 'Ask for single drive mode' on the IO tab. Turn that on and when you launch MakeMKV it'll ask you which drive you'd like to pin that instance of MakeMKV too.

I'm often running up to three MakeMKV backup (ripping) processes at the same time with three different drives on Linux.
One MakeMKV process trying to access a drive that is already busy ripping for another MakeMKV process can cause a temporary slowdown, but I don't mind.
However, it was very helpful to disable automount, so my Linux OS doesn't mount the DVD / BD file system after inserting a disc. This can really cause trouble and MakeMKV doesn't need such a filesystem mount at att, as it has an internal UDF reader.
