Include MAKEMKV folder when converting to ISO?

I just used "Backup" in MakeMKV for a Blu-Ray. I was wondering, I noticed, besides the BDMV, and CERTIFICATE folders, it also created a MAKEMKV folder. If I convert to ISO using ImgBurn, should I include the MAKEMKV folder? Wasn't sure if it was necessary?

What would happen if one would include that folder?
