Error on Asus BW-16D1HT

Movies will rip okay for both Blu Ray and DVDs but I am seeing this as the disc is being scanned. It will show one time, or could be several. The movie will rip okay and play back fine.
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:READ OF SCRAMBLED SECTOR WITHOUT AUTHENTICATION' occurred while reading 'BD-RE ASUS BW-16D1HT 3.10 KLEJ65E5931' at offset '1048576'
Is there any suggestions on what to do?
I have flashed the Asus so it will burn 4K and UltraHD 4K blu rays so Libre sees things and will rip the movies usually, though occasionally I get a disc here and there in Blu Ray that just won't rip.
