Hi all experts,
Newbie to remuxing here.
Apologies in advance for posting this here, in case there is another related thread.
I received this drive and I didn't notice that the internal drive is WP50NB40 ( don't know where to look for the SVC code). I is an internal drive, but WP seems to be a slim version of the drive, so I am confused what LG sold to me. The tags all over the drives clearly says WH14NS40, but device manager says WP50NB40.
Anyhow, I flashed it with the internal drive firmware DE_LG_WH14NS40-NS50_1.02.bin and ticked both "encryption and include bootloader" when writing in the SDF flash tool.
Now the eject button is not working at all.
I tried to do recover and rewrite with DE_LG_WP50NB40-NB50_1.03_MK, but I am getting the "Command produced error code 0xff05c103".
Is the driver bricked and not recoverable?

These are the details:

Ah! I would probably get another one then. But which one should I flash on a drive which says internal WH outside, but has a slim WP inside?

post your drive info when you get another one or just buy a better preflashed pioneer from one of us me marty and asmcom all have pioneers with the correct fw and they are much better then the lg/asus drives

nvm. I saw one thread where the suggestion was to use the 1.02 firmware for WH16NS60.
I flashed that one and I am able to rip my first Blu-ray: Interstellar.
Hope it doesn’t give any errors or crash in the middle.
