1.6.9 broke metadata?

Hi, just a head's up:

I went from 1.6.8 to 1.6.9

I tried 4 different blu rays and the meta data is only listing the video information.

It no longer is listing audio codec, audio language, audio channels, subtitle language, or duration listed in metadata.

Thanks.

i have the same problem.
I remuxed some BDs in .mkv and then when i want to check this files with "MediaInfo" it doesn?t show any information about it.
if i play the .mkv with VLC it works fine but with MediaInfo i cant see any information now :(

Please fix it.

Update to 1.6.9 today and I just ripped down Despicable Me. The resulting MKV file seemed to play back ok in WMP on windows 7, but mediainfo only reported the audio stream present. I remuxed into a new mkv using mkvmerge and now it sees all the video, audio, and chapters. So there is something that is wrong with the new version in the way it writes mkv files to be viewed by mediainfo.

Apparently a bug in new MKV writing code. Looking.

For comparison, here is a text file dump from MediaInfo from the same movie, same hardware, etc. First is from Version 1.6.8
Misery 168.txt
and the other is 1.6.9
Misery 169.txt
.

Same issue here. I remuxed with mkvmerge and it fixed it. Hoping this gets fixed soon.

Confirmed as fatal bug in 1.6.9 . The new version is available, MKV files generated by 1.6.9 are broken unless processed with mkvmerge.
