Just an idea, have you ever considered organizing a conference for registered users of MakeMKV?
Personally, I would be interested in that and I also would be willing to travel for that.
Apart from workshops on the use, technology and future of the product, I would be interested to get in contact with other users with possible future exchange, selling or lending of dvd boxes.
Some boxes of tv-series are very hard to acquire for reasonable prices from trustworthy webshops.
