Hi I am new to using Make MkV and for some reason all the 4k UHD disks that I have tried to rip have not been working. Standard bluray and dvd work just Not 4k UHD. So far I had tried 3 UHD disks and not one of them has worked. This is what it told me for Guardians of the Galaxy (and the other 2 UHD disks that I had try ripping) :

If you can help me figure out what to do that would be much appreciated!

This needs to be fixed first. Until you can download the HK file, there isn't a way to get new 4K content keys. There are several topics here on fixing that.
