2 weeks is the normal time so your only half there
there was a key update very recently September 30th i think.

The appearance of Mike here and getting keys does not match up; he often doesn't show up here unless there is a change to the program, but keys get created often.

One thing is that sometimes reading the key database is blocked; does MakeMKV say it's fetching keys AND that it was successful?
