Is there a good rough guide to hardware requirements for a PC platform, beyond the CPU gen?

If your machine runs Windows more recent than 2000 or so, or Linux, or MacOS, the CPU is "enough". The other requirement is a DVD, BD, or UHD drive that is adequate for the disks you wish to rip. You can't rip UHD disks with "just" a DVD drive, for example.
