Shouldn't this be in the UHD Discs section?
Anyway, the latest
KEYDB.cfg file contains this entry:

Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and then restarting help?

I am very sorry for the wrong section.
Unfortunately with the addition of the KEYDB.cfg file failed.
