Is it possible for individuals to use AACS keys obtained through questionable means to illegally access copyrighted content, and what measures can be taken to prevent this from happening within the forum community?

Yes, it is possible to make illegal use of AACS keys. No, that is not something discussed on this forum. No, we do not distribute keys for such purposes.
Are you trying to operate outside of the intent of users here? There are other forums out there that help set up piracy.
