I paid for this over a week ago, have an invoice number, but never got a reply from the payment processing company or an email with the license. I did send a follow up email to support@makemkv.com Have not gotten any replies I’m sure the developer is busy, but I’m starting to wonder if my payment fell through the cracks. I will give it a little bit more time before I contact my credit card company.

Did you ever get this sorted? I too have registered but not received a key.

Assuming your payment went through without any issue, you should be able to get your license from the payment processor's customer site here. Use the same email address that you purchased it with.

Thanks, I had to resort to contacting Paypro Global and they sent me a key within minutes.

I have also just purchased (via PayProGlobal) and not received a license key.

I've raised support cases with both MakeMKV and PayProGlobal - immediate response from the payment processor referring the matter to MakeMKV, but no license key as of yet.

Hopefully it can be resolved soon!

Key came through via Email from PayProGlobal the day after raising a support query.

Not ideal, but I’m up and running with no further problems
