Incompatibility between Log and Output directory

Using Copy link location on a link in the log window results in a URL of the form file://X:/Directory/.../Title.iso. Nothing wrong with that. But if I then paste this into the Output Directory input box of the Backup dialogue, there is an error dialog whn OK is pressed with message "Folder ... already contains a backup, please choose another folder". On the one hand, the message is wrong. On the other hand, I have to delete the file:// which is inconvenient.
