Purchased the registration key over 2 days ago and nothing

Is there somewhere I can reach out to or do I need to dispute the charge? I’ve checked my junk folder.
Registration keys are pretty much automatic; when you buy it, it's sent to you by the processor. That said, some email processors bounce that email, or classify it as "spam" and drop it in a different box on your system. Have you checked that?
In any case, support@makemkv.com puts you in touch with the author to handle such things.
