talk about breaking AACSv2 at the current 37th CCC congress.

That is quite interesting.
Does this mean, that in the future it will be possible to decode UHD BD simply like a Blu-ray Disc without having to send in a dump file?

The media key is for the Joker UHD he had in his hand during the video. The python script they wrote to get keys from the key server has not been made public, so it's unlikely this will lead to anything other than a kuel demonstration of some very talented individuals.
