I keep getting this on app opening on several different computers, Because of it I cant open any UHD discs either, even ones I've ripped before.
Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

If you haven't shut it down yourself, it is likely that your computer has something disabling it. The host it is downloaded from is in a domain that is blocked by many DNS servers (cloudflare is one of them).

I am using cloudflare as my DNS, thanks for that info

It seems that wasn't the issue, I have tried what was suggested in that link and followed to the T in the host file edit with notepad ++ and still no go with reaching that dns. I have disabled cloudflare in my Router setup and am using the default settings. I have tried using my hotspot on my phone. I do not use any web security either like bit defender etc., This has me baffled to no end

The next thing to try is to use a VPN. You might have to try a few different exit points until you find one that works. I've seen people say they've had luck with exit points in Asia.

Since MakeMKV keeps a local copy of the hashed keys it downloads, you would only need to use the VPN when you need MakeMKV to download additional hashed keys.
