I find it strange that MakeMKV takes it upon itself to skip certain files in backups, e.g. PS3_DISC.SFB, zips at the root, etc. In the interest of preservation, it'd be nice if there were an option that forced MakeMKV to not skip anything.

I looked around to see if I could find a post where Mike commented on this, but I came up empty.

It's usually only one or two files at the most, I just open the disc directory after the backup has finished and copy any skipped files across manually.

But yeah, I agree it's a bit annoying. I guess someone, somewhere, decided that those files aren't needed, but if it's on the disc then I want it in the backup as well!
