Hi all, a couple of days ago I purchased a permanent key through the the website, however I have not yet received it. The funds for the key have been deducted from my bank account, but I was wondering why I hadn't yet received the key?

I was under the impression that immediately after the transaction I'd be emailed a key. If anyone has any advice, that would be much appreciated! Thanks.

First, check your spam folder. A large percentage of "I didn't get my key" problems are that the message WITH the key was shunted to the spam folder.

It's rare that the key doesn't arrive within an hour of purchase - I had mine in minutes, but that is unusual because I control my mail server. But, sometimes, there IS a delay. The system is automated, so it should be instant, but things happen on internet. If you don't have it within 24 hours, email to support@makemkv.com puts you in touch with the person who controls it all.
