Can not install SDFtool Flasher

Trying to install SDFtool Flasher on a new Windows 11 pro PC. The app install kept being blocked by Windows Defender due to the app being flagged as an "unknown Publisher". I chose to ignore the warning and installed anyway. The app was installed but had errors and won't run. I tried installing on another windows 10 Pro PC and got the same error. I need the tool to fash the firmware on a new Asus Blu-Ray burner.
